DAV has become the winner in Table Tennis Boys in the MIS Cup inter-school sports organized by Modern Indian School. In the final on Wednesday, DAV defeated the host MIS team in 3-1 sets.
On the girls side, MIS defeated DAV in a competitive set of 3-2.
In the basketball boys' final, Gyanodaya won the title by defeating MIS with a score of 30-24. Chandbagh won on the girls' side. The team beat Triyog with a score of 11-8. In futsal, DAV won the title by defeating MIS 5-0. Ashish Gupta of MIS and Abhash Rimal of Triyog have reached the finals of
chess. Prince Kumar Sah of MIS and Sirisraj Pradhan of Gyanodaya reached the finals of Badminton Boys. Triyog's Jyoti Shrestha and DAV's Niva Thapa will compete in the girls' final. DAV defeated MIS by 18 runs in
cricket. DAV scored 91 runs by going all out, MIS lost 4 wickets and collected only 73 runs.
