The division forest office has taken control of a leopard that has been spreading terror in Shankar Basti, Gulria Municipality-1, the headquarters of Bardia.
Khasi, Boka, Head of Division Forest Office, Praveen Bidari, said that the leopard, which was eating house pets including Bangur, was caught in a trap.
He said that a camera trap has been installed to identify the leopard. Division Forest Office said that the captured leopard is going to be sent to Bardiya National Park. In this current season, 3 leopards have been captured and released in Bardia Park.
