A tourism information center has come into operation near the Kalipul Bus Park in Beni, the headquarters. In order to inform the tourists entering and exiting the district about the major tourist destinations, the roads/footpaths leading to them, the hotel facilities available, Beni Municipality, Tourism Board, under the leadership of Myagdi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has brought the Myagdi Tourism Information Center into operation.
The tourism information center has framed photos of the district's tourist areas, flex prints of major destinations, video displays, brochures, maps and guide books. In addition to the tourism information center, Koseli House has also been operated, which sells local organic agricultural products, handmade paper, allo cloth, etc. produced in the district.
'We have run an information center to promote the tourist area of the district and sell agricultural produce, handicrafts and pickles produced by local farmers,' said Rajesh Shakya, tourism coordinator of the Myagdi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It will help to get correct information.'
