Due to incessant rain, the Sallibazar-Chaurjahari road has been blocked since Tuesday morning. The road was blocked due to the accumulation of stones and mud brought by the various Khare rivers from Anpakholi to Sunauli Bazar.
Due to road blockage, the commuters traveling between Sallibazar and Chaurjahari have suffered. Passengers have been stranded on the road since morning. Due to road blockage, ambulances carrying patients have also had problems in the neighborhood.
Police Spokesperson Police Inspector Bhawani Prasad Dhamala said that there was a problem driving the vehicle due to the stones and mud falling on the road. He informed that work is going on to remove the stones that have fallen on the road.
