Anisa Vick, a Dalit community student who studied in a public school, has got the highest GPA in the district in the recently published SEE results. Anisa, a student of Siddhababa High School of Tamghas, headquarter, passed SEE with a GPA of 3.95.

17-year-old Anisa Vick, a resident of Khanigaon, headquarter Resunga Municipality-8, said that she was able to achieve the success she expected due to the good family environment and school environment.

'I spent a lot of time in school, I worked hard there,' she said, 'I got a good environment to study at home and I got success as expected, I am very happy.' She said that she dreams of becoming a doctor if possible.

Her father Yama Bahadur, who made a living by working as a house builder, said that he was very happy with his daughter's success. Yama Bahadur, who is now an executive member of Resunga Municipality, said that he did not go abroad to create a study environment for his children and he was very happy with this result.

'I have always been a friend of the parents, I did not go abroad for their studies, I even gave them an environment to study', he said, 'Now my youngest daughter has become the first in the district, I am happy.'

The eldest son had passed to the top of Siddha Baba Higher Secondary School in Management Faculty. He is working in Indian Army. The eldest daughter has completed her graduation in management, while daughter Miley is in Japan. He remembers that he once stood up in front of his children to study.

When studying in 12th grade, the marriage proposal of the elder daughter came. The daughter said, "Dad, first I taught you by working as a laborer, study well, education is the wealth of the poor, why are you talking about marriage now?", he said, "after that, hold your ears and say that I will never talk about marriage, my children have also done the same."

Kalyan Marasini of another school in the headquarter has got 3.90 GPA. In Gulmi, 34.46 percent of students have passed this year. Of the 4,711 students from the district who participated in SEE, only 1,403 passed.

Education Development and Coordination Unit Gulmi has reported that 34 percent of students passed the general stream and 42 percent passed the technical stream.
