Advocates demand action against those who publicize the misleading audio

Sidhakura.com online has mentioned through a statement that the audio material published/broadcast on May 14 titled 'Deal with Supreme Court Judge to dismiss 400 cases of corruption' is untrue .

'We did not go to the office of Annapurna Post at Tinkune on the date 2077/12/30 as stated in the said audio material. We are not legal professionals represented by any party in the writ petition in which Bishnu Prasad Ghimire is the petitioner mentioned in that audio material. In that audio, the voice spoken by our name is not ours and the atmosphere created to show our presence is also unnatural', the statement said.

The fact that the audio, which is said to be the incident of Chaitra 30, 2077, was broadcast after about 4 years, has caused various doubts about it. They say .

'The news and audio material broadcasted online is completely misleading, untrue, false and planned. It is our conclusion that this is an unforgivable attack on the independent judiciary, prestigious media houses and communication entrepreneurs, including us. We strongly condemn and condemn the characters and tendencies of producing/broadcasting such false, misleading, sponsored/planned materials, sharing them on social media and advocating in favor of such materials,'' the statement said, 'in addition to bringing such characters under the ambit of the law and punishing them strictly. From now on, we draw the serious attention of all parties/organizations concerned to make effective arrangements to discourage such tendencies . Also, we strongly appeal to the general public not to believe such false, misleading and sponsored/planned news and content.'
