Coming to Nepal from America once a year has become a regular ritual. Every year, he used to come to his homeland for his 'holiday' and the occasion of festival in Nepal. After coming here, the mind is not stuck in home district Chitwan. Gathering family members and friends, he goes on a journey after identifying various destinations in the country.

"Earlier, he used to come once a year," said Pushparaj Subedi, who was born in Brahmapuri, Chitwan's Madi district, "this year he has come four times." Earlier, he used to come to celebrate holidays and family gatherings. He said that this time he had to come many times for business purposes. Though born in the Madi Valley surrounded by Chitwan Park, he spent his childhood in Bharatpur. He passed LLC in the year 2065 from Small Haven School in Kalyanpur, Bharatpur and continues to lead the country with his lifestyle and childhood memories.

According to him, during his studies up to SLC in the country, he only visited Pokhara. After listening to the description of the beauty of the rest of the geography, he did not get the opportunity to visit. They are now completing their unfinished business. A permanent resident of the American state of Wisconsin, he travels to different places when he comes to Nepal. So far Mardi of Ilam, Mustang, Muktinath, Kaski has been visited. The memory of the last time he cycled around Ghalegaon in Lamjung did not allow him to relax.

'So far, he has toured eastern and central Nepal,' he said, 'now he plans to tour western Nepal.' He rarely travels alone. His close companion is his brother Navraj. After getting a holiday in America, the brothers will come to the country and reach a new destination. "There is a plan to reach Raratal next season," said Pushpa, "such a good country cannot be overshadowed, there are still many places to reach."

There was an educational atmosphere in the family. Father Buddhisagar Subedi was teaching under Tribhuvan University. He used to teach at Meen Bhavan Campus under Tribhuvan University. He also had his own institute. In 2003, Buddhisagar got a Diversity Visa (DV). "After getting DV, my father went to America," Pushpa said, "After 6 years, my brother, mother and I also went." Pushpa had passed SLC when he went to America. Dai Navraj had passed 12th standard.

'Mother was a housewife,' he said, 'it wasn't bad here either. The father was struggling to start the business alone. That's why we also went.' He said that after reaching America, the brothers continued their studies. He says that his father did not allow him to join the business until he completed his education. Pushpa completed his Masters in Aerospace Engineering. Dai Navraj has completed his Masters in Computer Science.

They have gas, hotel, real estate and apartment businesses in America. "My father established the business after suffering a lot," Pushpa said. "After finishing my studies, my brothers started helping me." He said that the brothers are looking at business after 2022. "Now my father's social life started," he said, "we are handling the business." Currently, Hyatt Place, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn and Candlewood Suites are operating in America. There are 25 gas stations in four different states. They also have some partners. Apart from this, the single investment real estate and apartment business is booming. He says that he is expanding the business by focusing on diversity. Now there are 100 workers in his establishment in America.

Father Buddhi had taught his brothers one mantra - 'Ki learn it, ki earn it'. He says that after hearing this mantra, he followed his father's path. After earning abroad, he felt that he should do something in the country. That is why they brought the American earnings to Nepal and invested in the hotel business. At the same time, the matter of purchasing the five-star Tiger Palace Resort located at Tilottama-15 in Rupandehi came up. "When such a proposal came, the three fathers and sons sat down and consulted," he said, "and my father and I came to see the resort." After seeing the hotel, I felt very good.' He feared that if the hotel built with foreign investment could not be saved, he would regret it and the investment environment in the country would also deteriorate. "That's why we decided to buy the resort eight months after seeing it," Pushpa said, "Now 90 percent of the problems seen here have been solved."

Brothers are looking at business together. Since Pushpa is here, Dai Navraj has taken care of the business in America. "There is a good understanding between the brothers," he said, "We understand that both of us will grow together." Every day, Pushpa tells his brother about the work progress here. Dai gives daily updates from there. "I came to Nepal four times in one year," Pushpa said, "If there is no family understanding, there will be no professional success." Pushpa spent 14 years in America. He says that the working culture is different there and here. Pushpa says that there is a problem of non-retention of workers as there is a wave of people going abroad in Nepal recently.

'I don't want to discourage people from going abroad,' he said, 'but there is a possibility here, after learning skills abroad, I would say to return and do something in the country.' . He said that he wants to remove the mentality of Nepali people that they cannot go to a five-star hotel to eat and stay.

'To remove this mentality, we are bringing a program targeting Nepalese and neighboring India tourists,' he said, 'The aim is to make the hotel a wedding destination for Nepalese and Indians.' "We are also building a hall that can accommodate 1,000 people," he said, "we are trying to attract wedding, corporate and family tourists."
