About 2,000 people have received services from the specialist health camp conducted for two days at Rolpa Hospital in the headquarters Libang. A free health camp was conducted on February 20 and 21 with the support of Rolpa-based Sushil Koirala Memorial Foundation, co-organization of Rolpa Hospital and the technical support of Kathmandu Medical Prison.

According to Rolpa Hospital, 260 of the patients who came to the camp will be treated free of charge at Kathmandu Medical College. The college has requested to send them next March. Narayan Prasad Dahal, manager of Kathmandu Medical Center, said that those who are suffering from various complex diseases in the camp and cannot be treated here will be called to Kathmandu for complete operation and treatment. Dahal said that the operation at the hospital will be free except for the fare and food expenses of the patients. In the

camp, bone joints and veins, skin and sex, gynecology and obstetrics, nose, ear, throat, surgery (surgery), mental and mental diseases, dental diseases, eye, heart, paediatrics, as well as EKG, video X-ray, Laboratory facilities and physician services were provided. camp, most of the victims of bone and intoxication diseases received services. During the two-day camp, about 600 people were examined for problems such as bone problems, surgery and ruptured veins. Sher Bahadur Thapa, Chairman of Rolpa Hospital Management Committee, said that because the specialist camps were conducted, the residents of the district got services. As

hospital currently does not have specialist doctors, patients from different fields have not been able to get treatment. The team of expert doctors of Kathmandu Medical Prison arrived at Rolpa conducting a free camp from Palpa, Gulmi, Arghakhanchi. Anupam GC, President of Sushil Koirala Memorial Institute Rolpa, said that the college organizes health camps in remote areas every year.
