Hasina Khan, who became a proportional member of parliament from Janata Samajwadi Party, Nepal, has taken the oath of office and secrecy. Khan was sworn in as a member of the House of Representatives by Speaker Devraj Ghimire at Singh Darbar on Friday.

Jaspa MP Khan took oath

After the death of Manju Sharma Ansari, Jaspa recommended the name of 27-year-old Khan for the vacant post. Shehnaz Rahman, who became a proportional member of parliament from Jaspa, was nominated to the vacant post after the death of Shahnaz Rahman on 13th February 2079.

After Manju's death on 4th Chait, Hasina was recommended for the vacant position . On Friday, the Speaker administered the oath of office to him as a member of the House of Representatives.
