Chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the responsibility of social change lies on the shoulders of communists.
Addressing Pushpalal's birth centenary celebration in Kathmandu on Saturday, he said that the integrated socialists are going to bring a program of socialism with Nepali characteristics.
