Australia's Travis Head scored 89 runs off 32 balls as Sunrisers Hyderabad posted another big score of 266 runs for the loss of seven wickets in IPL 2024 on Saturday and secured an easy 67-run win over Delhi Capitals.
Earlier, Delhi scored 199 runs in 19.1 overs in the reply innings against Hyderabad, who set a new record this season by setting scores of 277 and 287 runs. Hyderabad's T Natarajan was impressive with four wickets for 19 runs.
'Player of the match' Head hit 11 fours and six sixes in a 32-ball innings. He shared 131 runs for the first wicket with Abhishek Sharma who scored 46 runs in 6.2 overs.
