Due to the excellent performance of the bowlers and aggressive batting, Nepal has achieved a one-sided victory over Hong Kong in the ACC Twenty-20 Premier Cup Cricket. Nepal defeated Hong Kong by 8 wickets on Monday in the tournament being held in Oman.

In a match shortened to 18-18 overs due to rain, Hong Kong, who lost the toss and were called to bat, were bowled out for 114 runs in 17.5 overs. Nepal completed the target in 12.2 overs. Captain Rohit Poudel hit 3 fours in 20 balls and 25 and Sandeep Zora hit 1 four and 1 six in 17 balls and remained unbeaten by scoring 19 runs .

Kushal Bhurtel and Asif Shaikh gave Nepal a good start with aggressive batting. Kushal scored 32 runs in 19 balls and got out in the sixth over. He hit 3 fours and 2 sixes. Asif scored 40 runs off 18 balls by hitting 3 fours and a six.

Avinash Bohra and Lalit Rajvanshi put on an excellent bowling performance at Al Amerat in Muscat. They took wickets and bowled hard. In the previous match, Dipendra, who hit 6 sixes in a row in one over, took the last two wickets in a row and Hong Kong could not play the entire 18 overs and got out. Nepal has defeated Malaysia and Qatar in the first two matches. If Nepal wins this match, chances of reaching the semi-finals will be very strong. Hong Kong was previously shocked by Saudi Arabia by 55 runs.
