Khotehang Rural Municipality has distributed Ranga to the farmers. For the income of farmers by promoting meat, 49 rangas have been distributed to the farmers of the rural municipality till Tuesday.
Under the federal government's conditional grant, Ranga has been distributed to the farmers of 8 out of 9 wards from the budget of 9 lakh 68 thousand, said Deepak Rai, animal branch coordinator. Rai said that farmers have paid 25 percent of the amount.
According to Rai, there are 12 in Ward No. 1 Likuwapokhari, 9 in Ward No. 2 Waplukha, 6 in Ward No. 3 Sawaktare, 3 in Ward No. 4 Badkadiale, 6 in Ward No. 5 Chipring, 2 in Ward No. 6 Indrenipokhari, 6 in Ward No. 7 Khotangbazar and Ward No. 8 In Simpani, 5 farmers have been distributed one each.
