Seven bigha of wheat crop was destroyed due to fire

Spokesperson of Dodhara Chandni municipality, Om Basnet, informed that wheat crop caught fire due to sparks that came out after an electric wire fell on a branch of a tree in Dodhara Chandni-7 Babathan. He said that there was a fire in the wheat crops of 15 locals including the local Pujan Baral.

'The wheat crop of seven bighas of land has been completely damaged by the fire,' Basnet said, 'The fire was extinguished with the help of local, security agencies, public representatives and fire brigades of Bhimdutta and Dodhara Chandni municipalities.'

Wheat burned in the field during harvesting

Tikapur - In Joshipur Rural Municipality and Bhajani Municipality of Kailali, wheat burned in the field during the harvesting of the farmer's house. In Joshipur, 13 bushels of wheat and eight bushels of wheat in Bhajani were destroyed.

Similarly, Narayan Prasad Devkota in Bhajani Municipality Ward No. 8 Janakpur has caught fire in the wheat harvested in eight fields.
