A Summit Air plane which was about to fly from Dhangadhi to Bajhang has been spared from the accident. The engine of the ship, which was about to take off, was grounded after the fuel leaked near the fans on both sides of the ship.

Summit Air plane survived the crash

The flight crew members did not have any clue about the fuel leakage in the ship with the call sign Nine NMG.

Ashok Bahadur Singh, a passenger on board, informed the air hostess about the fuel leak only when the crew members came to know about the malfunction in the plane.

Then the fan of the plane that was about to take off was turned off and the flight was cancelled. As soon as the ship was grounded, the team of fire fighters at the airport inspected the ship.

Summit Air has informed that the flight will take place only after the engineer comes from Kathmandu and repairs the aircraft. Fuel was leaking from both places. In this case, after the engine heats up, there is a danger of fire in the sky," Summit Air employee Rosen Singh said, "Now the ship will be serviced only after an engineer comes from Kathmandu and repairs it."
