A fire broke out in a chicken and goat farm in Bardia's Gularia municipality-2 Sangambasti at around 2:30 am on Wednesday morning.
DSP Tulsiram Aryal, Information Officer of the District Police Office, Bardia, said that the fire in Birman Bhandari's cage caused a loss of Rs. 1.2 million. The cause of the fire has not been revealed. DSP Aryal said that the fire was extinguished at 5 am with the help of local residents, police and fire brigade.
