A man went missing while bathing at Beni Sangam, the confluence of Trishuli River and Kaligandaki River located in Devghat Rural Municipality-5 on Monday afternoon. According to the district police office, the elderly man, whose name, surname and nationality have not been disclosed, disappeared while taking a bath.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Mohan Bahadur Khan informed that while taking a bath, he suddenly drowned in the same river while wearing a yellow kurta, a yellow ascot, a yellow ascot, white chappal and a stick.
He said that the missing man is being searched for and has not been found yet.
