KC says that there is no imaginary plan that he will bring a complete transformation in the education sector after becoming the rector of the University. In a conversation with reporter Madhu Shahi , KC said about his plans, 'There are no imaginary plans that I will bring about a complete transformation in education after becoming the principal.' However, according to the role and job description given to me, I have to do all the work regularly. I think it is necessary to make timely improvements in some important aspects . For example, in order to maintain quality in the academic field of the university, I have made a concrete plan to effectively carry out tasks such as making timely improvements in the curriculum and following the annual academic calendar to conduct examinations and publish results regularly.'

Rector Casey says that according to the society, the institutions of the country have also been affected. He said that while fulfilling the responsibility given by the government, he should forget all the circumstances and work for the benefit of the organization. 'The situation is not easy to work smoothly in the organization . Threats and warnings are still coming after the party seal was asked to be removed from the university. However, my goal is always to try to bring professionalism in education,' he said.

KC has also informed that there is a plan to revise the curriculum of the current 9 faculties including humanities, management and science in the next first year. He also said that for the revision of the curriculum, the concerned bodies, the state bodies, especially the Talukat Ministries, are preparing the curriculum after necessary discussions. Casey says that

teachers need to be timely. He said that the old style of teaching is not enough. 'Teachers need to be timely . Our teachers who are teaching in the old style may not be intelligent enough in the age of technology. "Teachers should be updated according to the changing conditions all the time," he said, "therefore, two types of teacher training are necessary in the University." On the one hand, there is a need for sufficient resources to provide teacher capacity building training to teach in a timely manner, and to provide educational training for middle-level people. We are discussing and coordinating with the World Bank to mobilize resources. In fact, the investment in education should be made result-oriented .'

Rector Casey says that there is not enough budget for the research center of the University. He said that the investment in research in the education sector will help in the production of knowledge and will benefit the state. There is a situation where the students of Trivima Vidyavaridhi Garireh are doing research at their own expense. In other countries, a separate fund is arranged for students of this level to facilitate their studies and research. Therefore, it is necessary to practice this kind of practice in Trivi too. In order to make the research system easy and result-oriented, fellowship funds should be provided for students studying in PhD, KC said. Now, in a developing country like ours, there will be some limitations for the state to do by itself, but it is believed that some budget will increase compared to the past. Especially, only 500 million will have to be managed for the laboratory in the faculty of science.'

In response to the question of how he plans to deal with the situation of not being able to conduct exams and publish the results on time, which has become a chronic disease of Trivi, KC said, 'Trivika students have suffered a lot due to lack of exam calendar status . This is the first task to be improved after I became the principal. Now there will be no situation where students should be disappointed by not being able to take the exam on time . This is one of my main responsibilities.'
