The Ministry of Health and Population has said that doctors and health workers and employees will be present at the office but will not be found in the office, henceforth action will be taken against such employees.
The Secretary of the Ministry, Madhusudan Burlakoti, has issued instructions to institutions, departments, hospitals and centers under the Ministry to take action against those who do not attend office hours. From now on, doctors, employees and health workers who do not attend office on time will be prosecuted according to the law, he said.
In the instructions issued by the Health Secretary Burlakoti, it is mentioned that complaints have been received that the clients were not able to get services because doctors, health workers and employees working in the health service department and other agencies appear to be present in the office but cannot be found in the office.
'In this way, not being present in your working room during office hours is contrary to prevailing laws, ethics, personal conduct and law, all doctors and health workers and employees are instructed to remain restrained and follow their official dignity, conduct and discipline and law,' the directive says. ;
