Gaurab Dugad, a young businessman from Biratnagar, has said that he has to rely on Indian manpower after not getting skilled manpower in the country.

Speaking on the topic of 'Swadeshmai Rojgar: Yuva Sorokar', the second session of Nirbhik Nari program organized by Nari Masik on Wednesday in Biratnagar, Dugad blamed the political instability and expressed concern about the youth going abroad . "There are so many opportunities here in the hydropower sector, without knowing this, young people are going abroad because of political instability," Dugad said.

According to Saru Joshi, an employment expert and board of director of the Nepal Policy Institute, an international think tank, seven lakh people come to Nepal annually for foreign employment. Most of them are Indians. Manpower is coming from India for technical, employment and hospitality sectors in Nepal.

With the slogan 'Let's invest in women, let's increase the speed of progress', Nari Masik has organized a program in Koshi province to highlight local voices on the occasion of the 114th International Women's Day.
