A pedestrian has died after being hit by a motorcycle in Kavre. On Tuesday evening, 19-year-old Santosh Ranamgar of Panauti Municipality-6, who was injured in a collision with a motorcycle bearing number Ba 83 P 5362, died at Narvik Hospital in Kathmandu during treatment.
The police have arrested the driver of the motorcycle bearing number Ba 83 P 5362, 35-year-old Dipendra Banjara of Panauti Municipality-8.
Banjara was arrested on Wednesday informed by Deputy Superintendent Laldhwaj Subedi, Head of Banepa Police Office. On Tuesday evening, Banjara, who was going to Panauti from Banepa, hit a pedestrian and ran away.
