Congress demands that there should be a parliamentary inquiry into the Home Minister

Congress MP Ramhari Khatiwada gave the example of forming a parliamentary committee even when UML leader Bishnu Paudel was the finance minister when the budget was leaked, and said that if the ruling party is not ready to investigate the misappropriation of co-operative money by the home minister, the parliament will not function.
