He said that while waiting for the results of the exam given almost a year ago, the problem arose when the answer sheet was lost and the exam was retaken.

'The leave reserved for the second year exam had to be taken again for the first year exam . It takes three days to go and three days to come from Kathmandu. Chhatra Bishta, head of Achham Multipurpose Campus, said that the students had to face stress due to the negligence of the examination control office. According to him, 151 answer sheets of Achham campus and 59 answer sheets of Kamalbazar versatile campus have disappeared from the office.

'After taking the exam, we send the answer sheet to Panika's regional office in Attaria, from there Panika's car will take it to Kathmandu after all the tests have been completed. We have all the record of sending the answer sheet from here . If it is lost from here, they would say why should they retake the exam so easily," he said, "The results of the students who took the exam at the undergraduate level should be available within 6 months, but in a year, there are reports that the answer sheet has been lost. This has given mental stress to the students.'

According to him, the students who have lost the answer book of the first year of the undergraduate level will now have to study in the third year. But the University does not take the exam on time, does not publish the results on time, it takes 6/7 years to complete the 4-year graduation degree.

The Tribhuvan University Executive Council formed a high-level committee last Thursday to investigate the issue of missing answer sheets.

The information and public relations department of the University has informed that a three-member committee has been formed under the coordination of former registrar Chandramani Paudel. In the statement issued by the division, it is mentioned that the committee will conduct a detailed investigation into how the answer book was lost and submit a report within 30 days. It is said that after receiving the report, the Executive Council will take the necessary decision regarding the missing answer sheet. The Executive Council is the Executive Committee of the University with Vice-Chancellor as Chairman and Rector, Registrar.

Pavitra Saud of Ramroshan Rural Municipality-5, who is studying at Achham Multipurpose Campus, walked to Achham from Kathadamaun on Sunday to participate in the re-examination. "I came to Kathmandu because I had to make some other preparations so that neither the exam nor the result would come on time.
