He said that the budget should not be kept for a project that has been assured of resources for a long time but does not work. He said that in the budget of the next financial year, the government needs to bring a budget to implement the 13th amendment of the Public Procurement Regulations.

Chairman Singh said that it is necessary to address projects without resources in the budget so that those projects are completed. He said that in doing so, the 13th amendment of the Public Procurement Regulations will also work. Chairman Singh said that if the government is unable to manage the budget in these schemes, it is necessary to ensure the resources and move towards cancellation of the projects that do not have resources.

The projects for which the government has secured resources are now without resources. The 13th amendment of the Public Procurement Regulations will also work if the plans are addressed in the budget so that those plans are completed by prioritizing the projects without resources.
