A motorcyclist died in a collision with a car in Laxminia on the Janakpur-Dhalkevar road section.
Rambabu Sah, 25 years old, resident of Mahottari, Loharpatti Municipality 4 Kathapipara, died when the motorcycle Pradesh 2-02-004 P 6947 going towards Dhalkevar was hit from behind by a car with Indian number plate BL 12 C 0944, said Dhanusha Police Spokesperson DSP Ranjan Ava. Sah died at 7 o'clock in the morning on Tuesday during treatment at the Central Hospital in Laxminia.
Similarly, a woman was electrocuted while charging an e-rickshaw in Janakpurdham. 36-year-old Gauridevi Sahi of 20 Rupaitha, Janakpurdham sub-metropolitan city, died, said Dhanush police spokesperson DSP Ava.
Sahi was electrocuted while disconnecting the cable of the e-rickshaw that was charging.
