Sunrise Hyderabad defeated Rajasthan Royals by 36 runs on Friday and entered the final of IPL 2024. Now Hyderabad will face Kolkata Knight Riders in the final. Hyderabad's victory became possible after spinner Sahbaz Ahmed bowled deadly bowling taking three wickets.
Batting first, Hyderabad scored 175 runs for nine wickets. Henrik Klaasen scored 50 runs in 34 balls. After that, Rajasthan was stopped at 139 runs after losing seven wickets in front of the excellent bowling of Sahbaz and other bowlers. This is the third occasion that Hyderabad has reached the final. The
final will be held in Chennai on Sunday. Sahbaz came into bat as an impact substitute and scored 18 runs. Then he took three wickets for 23 runs with the help of left-arm spin bowling. Kolkata reached the final by defeating Hyderabad in the first match of the play-offs. Now they will fight for the title again.
