Police have arrested three youths with drugs from Kawasoti in East Nawalparasi.
Ashok Mahato, 27 years old of Madhyabindu Municipality-7, Meghraj Jaisi, 37 years old, and Anup Chhetri, 26 years old, and 26 years old Anup Chhetri, were arrested by the police while checking vehicles on the east-west highway near Kawasoti Municipality-15.
69 ampoules of narcotics, Jaisi and 163 ampoules were recovered from Mahato's possession and 163 ampoules were recovered from Nawalparasi district police office, DSP Bed Bahadur Paudel said. According to him, the three arrested persons have been kept in the district police office for necessary investigation and they are preparing to prosecute the crime of drug trafficking.
