District Court Makwanpur has decided to imprison an accused for 10 years for raping a girl with intellectual disability.
District Judge Avni Mainali Bhattarai's bench that sat on Tuesday decided to imprison 50-year-old Chaturman Gole of Bakaiya Gapa-3 of Makwanpur for 7 years for raping a girl and 10 years for raping an intellectually disabled woman.
The court fined Gole 3 lakh rupees and 50,000 . It has been ordered to provide compensation to the victims of rupees . Gole raped the girl on 26 January 2080. For Gole Purpaksha The regional jail is in Bhimfedi.
