Court order to arrest 13 people including ward president of Rangeli-4 on charges of forging government papers

The police said that Rajkishore Sah, who tried to take a single share among them, was arrested on Sunday. According to the police, all others including the ward chairman are absconding.

Jethipati's son Birendra Kumar Sah came to know that the land in the name of his father was exclusively brought by Rajkishore in the name of his mother Kausidevi after 10 months. It was only after learning that the land was kept in the bank that Birendra did not share the land in his father-in-law's name and Rajkishore, the younger mother's son, used public representatives and middlemen to bring it to his own name.

After finding out that the father's share was taken only by the younger son, Birendra went to the cargo and found out that the government documents had been forged. After that, he filed a complaint against 13 people including Ward Chairman Awadhesh Kumar Mandal at the District Police Office Morang in the case of buying government documents and stamps on 1st of June .

After a complaint was registered with the Morang police, the police got permission from the Puji Morang court to arrest 13 people including the ward chairman on 9th of June. DSP Gyanendra Bahadur Basnet, spokesperson of Morang Police, said that the investigation was started after a complaint was registered against 13 people including the ward chairman in the case of forgery of government documents. Basnet said that the investigation of the incident has started and more will be revealed after the investigation.

After the arrest warrant was issued by the court, the police said that 13 people, including the ward chairman, are absconding from the village. According to the police, the search for the person mentioned in the arrest warrant has started.
