After that, he filed a complaint against 13 people including Ward Chairman Awadhesh Kumar Mandal at the District Police Office Morang in the case of buying government documents and stamps on 1st of June .

After a complaint was registered with the Morang police, the police got permission from the Puji Morang court to arrest 13 people including the ward chairman on 9th of June. DSP Gyanendra Bahadur Basnet, spokesperson of Morang Police, said that the investigation was started after a complaint was registered against 13 people including the ward chairman in the case of forgery of government documents. Basnet said that the investigation of the incident has started and more will be revealed after the investigation.

After the arrest warrant was issued by the court, the police said that 13 people, including the ward chairman, are absconding from the village. According to the police, the search for the person mentioned in the arrest warrant has started.
