Chairman of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that for the development of the sports sector, it is necessary to have sports fields with facilities in the local municipalities. He said this while addressing the opening ceremony of the Godavari Mayor's Cup held on the occasion of the 8th Foundation Day of Godavari Municipality in Lalitpur on Saturday.
