The police recovered a loaded gun while it was hidden in the forest under the Apinampa Conservation Area Office. According to the police, a loaded gun was found hidden in the forest called Naugad Village-1 Mallasseli.
According to the District Police Office, 53-year-old Jaisingh Dadal, a resident of Naugad Rural Municipality-1 Nagu, was found hiding in the forest. Police inspector Chhatra Rawat said that Jaisingh, who surrendered at Dallekh police station after shooting 55-year-old Dhanke Dadal of Naugad rural municipality-1 Nagu Luxeri in the head on June 8, found the gun hidden in the forest.
A police team led by a police assistant inspector from Dallekh police station found the gun on Monday. Jaisingh, who was shot dead by Dhanke Dadal, is now in police custody. Preparations are being made to bring the recovered gun from Dallekh police station to the district. According to the police, Jaisingh is being investigated by the district court for 7 days.
