Kulamani Devkota has won as Surkhet President of CPN-UML. Devkota was elected defeating Amrit BC, who is also the outgoing president.
Out of 495 voters, Devkota got 351 votes out of 486 votes cast. VC got 132 votes .
Similarly, Mohan Baduwal has won the position of Vice President by getting 346 votes. Dambar Prasad Tiwari was elected as secretary by getting 291 votes. Similarly, Tikaram Somai won by getting 324 votes in the vice-secretary election, while Sushila Vishwakarma won by getting 335 votes in the women's category. Among the officials, Devkota's panel has won.
After counting the votes of officials Chief Electoral Officer of the Election Committee, Suryamani Gautam, said that the counting of member posts is about to start.
