Kamalraj Pathak and Ghanshyam Kandel have nominated for the post of CPN UML Chitwan president.
In the 11th District Convention which was inaugurated on Saturday, along with the passing of political, organizational and other reports on Sunday, nominations for new leadership have also been filed.
According to Election Officer Rajkumar Shrestha, the time for withdrawal of nominations has been fixed until 6 am on Monday.
Similarly, Krishnaraj Dallakoti and Shyam Bista have been nominated as vice presidents and Padampani Subedi and Prakash Dhungana as secretary. The convention will elect a president, one vice president and secretary each, and one open deputy secretary and one woman deputy secretary. The
convention will elect a working committee of 120 people. There are 761 representatives of the convention.
