In the launching program of 'Sharada Shrestha - Nepal's First Woman Judge', published by Lekan Kunj and written by the first woman judge of Nepal, she said that when she tried to advocate in the justice field, she had to write with a bamboo pen and move everything, and even at that time judges including Sharda Shrestha worked for the rights of women.

She said, 'Now there are many facilities to work in the justice sector. Now there are many facilities to work in the field of justice. I also started advocacy with a bamboo pen. When I went, I used to write with a bamboo pen in the year 2035. He used to move with his hands in the court. It is not like that now. The world is so easy to work.'

Former Vice President Parmanand Jha said Shrestha became an established personality by daring to go outside Kathmandu at a time when those who were born in Kathmandu and advocates for the justice sector did not agree to leave Kathmandu. He said that Shrestha's life was simple and loving.

He said, 'Sharada Shrestha's life is very simple and very loving. Even when he meets far away friends, he fulfills them with kindness. He is patient. Whenever he was ordered to leave Kathmandu and go to work elsewhere, he went away. Justice service employees who were born in Kathmandu to leave Kathmandu and go out said that they are ready to resign but they also want to go out of Kathmandu. At that time, he left Kathmandu and ventured outside, that was the opportunity to establish him.'
