After the Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality issued a notice to change the name of the institutional schools to reflect Nepaliness, the metropolis has reported that 203 institutional schools have been contacted so far. Saraswati Pokharel, the Acting Head of the Department of Education under the metropolis informed that some of them have said that the current name is appropriate, while some have proposed a new name.
