Prabhu Bank has appointed Tara Manandhar and Angirman Singh as Directors. The newly appointed directors assumed office after taking oath on Wednesday.
The position became vacant after the resignation of three directors last week. The decision was made by the board of directors to be passed by the general meeting of the bank. The newly appointed directors have a long experience of working at the highest levels of banks and financial institutions. According to the bank, a director will be appointed soon for a vacant position.
