On this day in 1955: Death of Nobel laureate Einstein

Einstein propounded the important principles of modern physics 'Theory of Relativity' and 'Quantum Mechanics'. Under the 'principle of relativity', he discovered two relativity, special and general. General relativity is mainly gravity between large bodies. Similarly, under special relativity, he discovered the nature of time and space of matter. While researching the theory of relativity, Einstein also discovered the speed of light.

Einstein strongly spoke out against injustice, tyranny and war. With the outbreak of World War I (1014–1918), he advocated the establishment of the League of Nations. Because he was Jewish, Einstein was forced to leave the country after Hitler put a price on his head in 1933. Einstein was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921 for his important discoveries and contributions to the field of science.
