Kummayak rural municipality has won the title of the inter-municipal football tournament held at Kummayak Rural Municipality center Yasok in Panchthar.
Kummayak won the title of the fifth edition of the Kummayak Running Shield football tournament by defeating the rival Phalelung Rural Municipality by 1-0 in the final match held on Thursday. The goal scored by Dil Sambahangfe in the 58th minute of the game became decisive for Kummayak.
winning team will get 1 lakh 11 thousand 111 cash and While receiving the running shield along with the trophy, the runner-up Phalelung had to settle for 55,500 rupees.
7 local levels of the district participated in the competition which started on 11th of March.
