The Lamjung section under the Bensisahar-Chame road has been blocked since Tuesday evening due to landslides in various places due to incessant rain.
Under this road section The district police office said that after the landslides in Lamjung Bensisahar Municipality-6 Kharkhere and Marsyangdi Rural Municipality-9 Gopaldanda were removed this morning, Lamjung has been operational.
Police Inspector Thaneshwar Chapai said that the vehicles started operating after the landslides were removed and the water in the Octopus Falls subsided. Although the road is operational in Lamjung section, the Manang section is being blocked. On Tuesday night, Chame Rural Municipality-1 Timang river washed away the Kathe bridge, so far the vehicle has not been able to operate.
