The shareholders of Nepal Life Insurance will receive 21.05 percent cash dividend. The company will distribute cash dividend to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the financial year 079/80.
The 23rd and 24th annual general meeting of the company has passed a resolution to give cash dividend equal to 1 billion 72 crore 79 lakh 92 thousand 949 rupees which will be at the rate of paid capital including tax purposes.
Company's Board of Directors Chairman Govindalal Sanghai chaired the General Assembly on Tuesday in Birgunj, Parsa. The Assembly has passed the Annual Work Progress Report for the financial year 078/79 and 079/80.
