My serious attention has been drawn to the news published in Kantipur Daily on 22nd Chait 2080 under the title 'Monitoring of the metropolis in which the home minister's wife is the vice president'. In the news, the team of the metropolis claims that the fact that Nikita Poudel, the wife of Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Ravi Lamichhane, was the vice president of the cooperative, was found to have done business worth 5 million without collateral.

Bharatmani has also given the information that the business in the name of Nikita was fraudulent. But the vice president himself took 50 lakhs without collateral and the savers have complained to the metropolis saying that the cooperative is in crisis due to the flow of loans in the same trend.

I want to make it clear that I resigned from Sai Swagat Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Limited on 8th October 2077 and after my resignation was accepted on 9th October 2077, I do not have any responsibility or role in the cooperative. I do not have any financial transactions and transactions pending in the said cooperative.

2077 I would like to make it clear that after my resignation was accepted on October 9, I was not present in the decision book of the board of directors and the general meeting of the cooperative, and I did not have any involvement, role or responsibility after that.

But about my personal matter, the news has been published without knowing anything about my husband Ravi Lamichhane's position as Home Minister.

I have a serious disagreement with the news published in such a way as to doubt the authority and the source.
