Not only the government can bring good governance in the country, but all the organs of the state should cooperate equally. Among the 3 major organs of the state, executive, judiciary and legislature, if even one organ does not work well, the other organs fail. As a result, the country will fail. Good governance can come if the three main organs of the state work in coordination. In this, the communication world, which is considered as the fourth organ of the state, should also play a positive role.

Some of the orders and decisions of the court in the past few months are such as to hinder good governance. However, most of the orders and decisions of the justices are good. However, the orders and behavior of some judges have raised questions about the court itself. It is necessary to pay attention to it by the Chief Justice, the Full Court of the Supreme Court and the Judicial Council so that the dignity and trust of the court increases at the public level. Let's see some examples of incomprehensible orders given by the court:

1. CIB filed a case after a deep study in the 138 quintal gold scandal. Jeevan Kumar Gurung, foreign advisor of former Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun, was made the main accused. Of which Bigo alone was about one and a half billion. But the court judge ordered his release on a bond of only 1.5 million. They should have asked for at least 100 million bail for the one and a half billion bigo?

2. Arun Choudhary was detained by the police for investigation for misappropriating the land of Bansbari leather shoes. But the court completed the investigation in just 6 days and ordered him to be released on a date. Is it possible to complete the investigation of a serious case in 6 days? Would there have been a similar order if there were other ordinary citizens?

3. The government prosecuted the Bhutanese refugee case. Many praised the government. But the court acquitted former home minister Balkrishna Khan, who is considered the main accused. A few days before that order came, in a public event in Bhairahawa, Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba had put pressure on the court in a roundabout way saying that Khan would be released from the court because he was innocent.

4. Others' cases take months to get processed. But Congress leader and MP Tek Bahadur Gurung's case was paid 5 times within a month and the suspension of the post of MP was lifted.
