Administration team mobilized to seal Scout's land and building usurped by Congress MP Khadka

The administration team has been mobilized to seal the land and building of Nepal Scout Central Office, a voluntary organization, which was usurped by the House of Representatives MP and Congress central member Deepak Khadka.
Administration team and public representatives have reached Lainchour on Thursday evening to seal the 3 ropani land of Nepal Scout, Central Office in Lainchour.
MP Khadka, who rented Scout's land, has also grabbed 9 more acres of land in the vicinity. Even when the court ordered to vacate Scout's property, the government could not remove him.
The Patan High Court had decided two years ago to return Khadka, the MP elected from Sankhuwasabha, to Scout. For not even obeying the court's decision, SCOUT sent letters to the President, Prime Minister, Speaker, Home Minister, Sports Minister, all MPs, Parliamentary Committees, Kathmandu Metropolitan City, District Administration Office, Police and other agencies of the state to return the land and building. Moreover, after Virajbhakta Shrestha came to Scout's Taluk Ministry of Youth and Sports, instead of vacating the land and buildings as per the court order, an investigation committee was formed.

Shree Khadka Land Development Pvt Ltd, which owns Khadka, entered into an agreement with Scout in 2065 to lease 3 ropani land for 10 years. It is mentioned in the letter written by Scout director Ramprasad Bhattarai to all the agencies of the state that Khadka has not paid the 603 million 18 thousand rupees for the rent as per the contract even though the term of the contract expired in 2075. Khadka's company took 3 ropani of land. After that, he has been usurping and abusing another 9 acres of land in the vicinity for 15 years. In the leased 3 ropani land, Khadka has leased to Lanchaur Becket and My Choice Restaurant. The banquet and restaurant structure is spread over 5 floors. Paid parking has been kept on the remaining 7 acres of land. He also opened his liaison office with the party flag on the scout's land. After the scout increased his efforts to get the land back, the liaison office was removed.
36 shutters/cobbles of Scout building in Lanchaur Chowk were also rented by Khadka for 15 years . In the rented building, electricity and water charges were also raised in the name of Scout. After knowing that, the scout has now cut off the electricity and water lines.
