The price of yellow metal in the local market is still rising today. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders Federation, printed gold has gone up by 700 rupees per tola.
On Thursday, it was traded at 138,600 rupees per tola, but for today, it has been fixed at 139,390 rupees. Similarly, acid gold was traded at 137,950 rupees per tola on Thursday, but for today, it has been fixed at 138,650 rupees.
Similarly, the price of silver has generally declined. On Thursday, it was traded at 1,725 rupees per tola, but for today, it has been fixed at 1,720 rupees.
