352 climbers have taken permission to climb Mount Everest this year. According to the Tourism Department, a total of 352 climbers including 65 women and 287 men from 33 climbing groups have taken permission to climb Mount Everest.
So far, climbers from 55 countries have come to climb Mount Everest. Rakesh Gurung, director of adventure tourism and mountaineering branch of
department, said that climbers are enthusiastically coming to climb Mount Everest. He expressed his belief that more than 400 climbers will come this year. Last year, the highest number of 478 climbers took permission to climb Mount Everest.
564 million 31 thousand 181 revenue has been collected for permission to climb various 24 mountains including Everest.
