After the first convocation ceremony of Karnali Institute of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital Jumla was postponed, the students who came here for initiation have started returning home disappointed.  Not only the students, but also the guests who came to participate in the program have expressed their anger as they did not get the information about the postponement of the program on time.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is also the chancellor of the institute, Vice-Chancellor Health Minister Pradeep Paudel, Chief Minister of Karnali Province Yamlal Kandel and other teams were scheduled to come to Jumla. The Karnali Institute of Health Sciences published a notice saying that it had received verbal news that the program had been postponed at midnight. After the program on Sunday was postponed, the guests who came along with the students are going to return home in a hurry.

Prime Minister Oli verbally informed that he could not participate in the program in the middle of the night, and the convocation ceremony was postponed. Mangal Rawal said. He said that Prime Minister Oli could not attend due to special reasons and fixed another date on October 28.
