The ANFA Women's League did not have to wait long to see the first hat-trick goal. Monday was the second day of the competition. It remained in the name of Asmita Khawas. With the help of his excellent performance of three goals, Wagmati Youth Club won easily against Sudurpaschim.
It was Asmita who scored the first goal from Wagmati in the match at the ANFA complex ground in Satdobato. It happened in the 17th minute. For that, a shot from the penalty area turned into a goal. Then Sahara Limbu added one goal each in the 26th minute and Aarti Bhujel in the 37th minute.

Asmita's last two goals for the hat-trick were two minutes apart. She added her third goal in the 82nd minute after scoring her second goal in the 80th minute. Asmita's second goal was also a repeat of the first. His shot from near the post took the form of a goal.
For the third goal, he shot with some height and took the direction of the post. After the match, Wagmati's assistant coach Sonam Lama expressed her happiness with the victory and the 3 points obtained. He said, "Our plan was to get three points, and we were successful in that." Although he contracted three foreign players, he believed that playing against the departmental team would be difficult.
Coach Lama added, 'Thank you for giving us the opportunity to play directly. Two teams have come from Madhesh, Chandranigahpur and Wagmati. When there are two teams, the players are tied, so it can be difficult. Deepesh Yonjan Lama, the coach of Sudurpaschim, said that since most of his players are new, it will be difficult in the competition.
His argument was, 'There are many new players, so I am happy with how many have played. We are here to play after two days of preparation. Without players from the old team, it will be difficult for sure. Had it been an older team, the result would have been different. I did not know what is the dispute between the players and the union. Old players were in regular training.'
