Chormara Club defeated Vasantpur Pharmacy 5-4 in the opening match of the United Gold Cup Football held at Girubari in East Nawalparasi on Friday.
Chormara won the tiebreaker after both teams scored 1-1 at the scheduled time. Hariyali Yuva Club and Rajahar Watasino Kawasoti will face each other on Saturday. The
winner will receive 250,500 rupees and the runner-up will receive 150,500 rupees.
