Radiant Public got a double on Friday in the 30th Knowledge Carnival Inter-School Basketball Tournament. Both boys/girls teams of Radiant won.
In boys, Radiant defeated James with a score of 42-19. Sushan Neupane of Radiant scored 13. In girls, Shreya Bidari scored 11 and Radiant beat host Gyanodaya 22-17. Chandbag defeated Malpi International by 22-10 in girls. Samragni Shah of Chandbag scored 8.
In other games for boys, Modern Indian School (MIS) defeated Chandbagh 29-18, Malpi defeated VS Niketan 27-22 and host Gyanodaya defeated Malpi City 49-29. Yangsang Pakhrin of MIS scored 11, Sange Gurung of Malpi scored 17 and Tasi Punel of Gyanodaya scored 11.
