Two people who were injured in a Bolero jeep accident in Salyan have died. 55-year-old Top Bahadur Sahu and Lali Rawat died when a Bolero Jeep No. 1 Ch 1043, which was going to Luham Bazar from Triveni Rural Municipality-4 Falabang of the district, met with an accident near Putli Darbar on Monday evening.
According to Information Officer of District Police Office Salyan, Prani Resam Bahadur Khatri, when the jeep accident occurred on Monday evening, the driver Kamal Reule, 28, who lives in Triveni Rural Municipality-3, Top Bahadur Sahu, 55, of Ward No. 4, Lali Rawat, 55, Purnakala Basnet, 40, Robbins, 29, was seriously injured.
The injured Sahu died at the District Hospital Salyan and Lali Rawat died at the Rapti Health Science Institute Ghorahi, District Police Office Salyan Information Officer Prani Khatri informed. According to him, the other injured are being treated at Rapti Health Science Academy Dang.
He informed that the jeep got out of control and crashed due to the damaged road. According to him, the jeep involved in the accident fell 25 meters down from the road.
